PRODUCT & ORDERS

At Hampers On Tweed, our gift hamper inclusions focus on luxury items from the Tweed and Northern Rivers region of NSW. Our products are not often found in large supermarkets, as we seek to provide opportunities for smaller suppliers to showcase their products. We seek to support and promote bespoke local businesses from our region.

As we curate products from many local suppliers, we cannot guarantee that our products are nut free. We advise the usual precautions for those suffering from nut allergies.

We have a fabulous hamper for Vegan preferences which includes meal options and tasty treats. Full of local produce, this hamper is a feast of clean eating and fantastic flavours.

The vast majority of our hamper inclusions are from the Tweed and Northern Rivers region of NSW. While we endeavor to utilize local produce and products It is not always possible to source every item within the region. We work hard to source products from our own region and Australia in the first instance, and are continually sourcing local suppliers to expand our range of product.

Yes, but you will need to place a separate order for each delivery address. Should you need assistance with a bulk order or corporate order please contact us at info@hampersontweed.com.au and we will be happy to help.

Once you place your order, you will receive an email detailing your order and payment details.

We offer the opportunity to choose a variety of refreshments across several of our hampers. Our experienced team work hard to ensure that we offer a diverse range of quality products that complement each other within each hamper.

Your hamper will be presented in a bespoke keepsake box, including a gift card containing your message and quality filling designed to protect and display the items inside.

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, Paypal and Direct Deposit Payments. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all hampers within 48 hours of order placement. We are unable to dispatch on Saturday and Sunday and on Public Holidays. 

Due to an increased volume of parcels during the Covid -19 pandemic, delays to deliveries are expected. Christmas deliveries are likely to be affected, so please get your order in early. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time.

Under normal delivery time frames are up 3 days for metropolitan areas and 5-7 days for regional areas. Express post parcels are delivered to major metropolitan areas within 2 days. Express Post to regional areas takes a little longer, usually 2-3 days, but is still faster than standard parcel post.

We are unable to guarantee delivery timeframes, as unforeseen circumstances may affect our delivery partners.

We offer a flat standard shipping rate of $15.95 within Australia. We also offer Express Shipping at a flat rate of $26.95.

Currently, we are only able to ship within Australia.

RETURNS

If your order has not yet been dispatched, a member of our team will be happy to assist you with amending the delivery address. If your order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend the delivery address.

In the event that our delivery partners have attempted to deliver your gift to an incorrect address, and it is subsequently returned to Hampers On Tweed, we will contact you to advise of an unsuccessful delivery. Should you wish to re-send your order, an additional shipping fee will be charged.

In the event that a gift was delivered to an address where the address information provided was incorrect, and the parcel is not returned to us, then we are unable to provide a refund.

To prevent this occurrence, please confirm all recipient addresses prior to ordering.

We take great care to ensure the quality and condition of gift hampers and to ensure the recipient is delighted with their gift.

In the event that your hamper or its contents are incorrect or arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@hampersontweed.com.au.

Should your gift hamper arrive with damaged or faulty contents:

We will happily replace, exchange, or issue a credit or refund depending on the extent of the damage and how you wish to resolve the issue.

We will need you to take photos and email them to us, so that we can better understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product within 24hrs upon receipt of the product.

We will replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund for any product that is faulty or damaged upon arrival and that has been dispatched for less than 10 days.

All refunds will be credited back to the original card or PayPal account used.
