RETURNS POLICY
Unsuccessful Deliveries
Occasionally a hamper will be returned to us following an unsuccessful delivery. This can be for many reasons including the inability of our delivery partner to contact the recipient, or the inability to enter a building to ensure safe delivery.
If a parcel has an incorrect address or an inaccessible address and our delivery partners are unable to call the recipient to verify, the parcel will be returned to us.
Hampers cannot be re-directed once in transit. Hampers will be returned to us by our delivery partner and we will contact you to advise of an unsuccessful delivery. You will be welcome to facilitate the delivery of the hamper to the same or an alternate address at your cost for re-shipping.
In the event that a gift was delivered to an address where the address information provided was incorrect, and the parcel is not returned to us, then we are unable to provide a refund.
Damaged Or Faulty Items
We take great care to ensure the quality and condition of gift hampers and to ensure the recipient is delighted with their gift.
In the event that your hamper or its contents are incorrect or arrive damaged or faulty, please contact at info@hampersontweed.com.au. We aim to deliver gift hampers in perfect condition, and ensure that packaging has handling labelling including;
- Do NOT leave in Direct Sunlight
- Contains Glass
- This Way UP
Should your gift hamper arrive with damaged or faulty contents;
- We will happily replace, exchange, or issue a credit or refund depending on the extent of the damage and how you wish to resolve the issue.
- We will need you to take photos and email them to us, so that we can better understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product within 24hrs upon receipt of the product.
- We will replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund for any product that is faulty or damaged upon arrival and that has been dispatched for less than 10 days.
- All refunds will be credited back to the original card or PayPal account used.
Cancelling An Order
- Our hampers are dispatched as quickly as possible following order, and it is advisable that if an error has been made or if you wish to cancel the order, to contact us via email at info@hampersontweed.com.au (business days 9am-5pm AEST).
- Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been prepared and dispatched with our delivery partners for delivery.
- If an order has not been dispatched, a refund may be credited back to the original card or PayPal account used.
