SHIPPING POLICY
Our standard rates are:
- Parcel Post - $19.95
- Express Post $34.95
Shipping rates apply to one order. Separate orders must be placed for shipping to different addresses.
How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?
Due to an increased volume of parcels during the Covid -19 pandemic, delays to deliveries are expected. Christmas deliveries are likely to be affected, so please get your order in early. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
Under normal delivery time frames are up 3 days for metropolitan areas and 5-7 days for regional areas. Express post parcels are delivered to major metropolitan areas within 2 days. Express Post to regional areas takes a little longer, usually 2-3 days, but is still faster than standard parcel post.
We are unable to guarantee delivery timeframes, as unforeseen circumstances may affect our delivery partners.
Do you post gift hampers on weekends?
Unfortunately, our delivery partners do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or on Public Holidays. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday, will be dispatched on the next business day.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Our delivery partners deliver during business hours from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
How will the recipient know who sent the gift?
We provide a box at checkout, where you can add your personalised message. We will convey your message in a gift card and include it in the hamper box.
What happens if the recipient is not at home to receive the gift hamper?
Authority to Leave
Our gift hampers may contain perishable items, and will be left in a safe place as determined by our delivery partners. When ordering a gift, you acknowledge our authority-to-leave.
If a parcel is deemed unsafe to leave by the courier, a card will be left and the parcel taken to the local Australia Post shop/agent, ready for collection by the recipient.
We recommend the delivery of gift hampers to a business address, where the recipient will not be at home to take delivery.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
Please note that a re-delivery fee will need to be charged if an incorrect address is given. Please ensure the delivery address you provide is correct, before placing your order. Parcels that are successfully delivered, when an incorrect address is provided, are not eligible for refunds.
